Season 3 has arrived! The slate’s clean, Chris is back, we have a new intro, and all is well with the worl- well not quite, but like, little steps.
We’re kicking off 2018 with four of our best movie finds: including an astoundingly long Bollywood blockbuster, Jackie Chan vs Indian mythology, Franco’s spooky bank, and “whatever happened to a certain day of the week?” Stick around for California fire talk, macabre reporting, guest star Bane, and Vince Vaughn Diesel.

Pitches
Mitch’s Pitch: Kung Fu Yoga
Short Synopsis: Starring Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood (also of Happy New Year!), this sorta-sequel to The Myth sends archaeologist(?) Jack(ie) to India to find treasure and stumble into fights.
Our Pitch: Jackie Chan! Bollywood! Ancient treasure! Wtf else do you even need?
Logan’s Pitch: What Happened to Monday?
Short Synopsis: Seven illegal Noomi Rapaces run from the law (Glenn Close) in a future society with a strict one-child policy. Woah, too real.
Our Pitch: A cool cast for sci-fi and a Netflix budget mean this could be a winner. Then again, one of the IMDb plot keywords is “UH60 BLACKHAWK HELICOPTER,” so there’s that.
Liam’s Pitch: Happy New Year! (WTFAWW PICK!)
Short Synopsis: Put The Italian Job and an underdog dance movie together, and don’t cut anything out. 3 hours of Bollywood fun!
Our Pitch: 3 hours of Bollywood fun!…3 hours! 3! Hours!!
Chris’s Pitch: The Vault
Short Synopsis: A group of heisters meets a haunted vault! And they probably all die except for one. James Franco’s there, too.
Our Pitch: Just look at the tagline. “No one is safe.” I mean, c’mon.
